- Met Preoperational Inspection Requirements is an inspection that states the food establishment is constructed and equipped to meet the applicable sanitary guidelines to obtain a food permit.
- Did not Meet Preoperational Inspection Requirements is an inspection that states the food establishment is not constructed and equipped to meet the applicable sanitary guidelines to obtain a permit.
- FDA Investigation is an investigation conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) which helps FDACS determine the frequency of our routine unannounced onsite inspection visits. To request a copy of an FDA investigation, go to the FDA website.
- Focused Inspection is a visit focused on a specific aspect that will not result in an inspection summary.
- Re-Inspection Required is an inspection where violations were cited that will require a re-inspection by the Department.
- Product Re-Inspection Required is an inspection where violations were cited pertaining to food products that will require a re-inspection by the Department.
