Food Safety Inspection Report Summary Update Notice

July 3, 2024

The Division of Food Safety intends to implement a slight change to the inspection report summary classifications. This change is detailed as follows and is scheduled to begin appearing on inspection reports on or about July 25, 2024. There will be no changes to the violations cited or how the summaries are generated.

Current:

• Met Inspection Requirements
• Met Inspection Requirements - Check Back Needed
• Re-Inspection Required

New:

• Met Sanitation Inspection Requirements
• Met Sanitation Inspection Requirements - Check Back Needed
• Re-Inspection Required
• Product Re-Inspection Required

A column will also appear on the report indicating if a violation is a repeat violation (i.e., appeared on the last inspection report).
